Scope:

• Front and Back yard design incorporating grey water system

• Rain garden in the front yard

• Edible garden in the backyard with dog friendly ornamental border

Challenges:

• Full Shade/Part Shade Garden

• Low water and sodic conditions

• Dog friendly

Design Needs:​

• California Natives for swale

• Create vegetable planter using found material

• Companion plantings for edible plants

Solution:​

• Added Bioswale leading away from house with native grasses and flowers

• Used found material for raised planter

• Shade and Part Shade Plants that will work with grey water

• All California Natives except the veggie garden

• Added diverse pollinator friendly plants
